AHF Uganda Turns 20!

AHF Uganda Cares celebrated a momentous milestone in the city of Masaka in July 2022, its 20th anniversary of lifesaving work in the country! Uganda Cares, through a partnership with the ministry of health, first began providing lifesaving ART to 100 patients in 2002-2003. Since then, the program has expanded to become one of the country’s largest providers of free HIV/AIDS care and treatment, delivering services to more than 149,000 clients across 15 districts and 64 health facilities, as of March 2023.
